Cell Phone Recomendations?

I am looking for a new phone with a maximum budget of about $100. I like things to not be too simple nor too fancy. I want it to have speakerphone, gets good reception in most areas, mp3 ring tones, NOT an ascending ring tone that starts off too quietly, and preferably a camera. Please give an suggestions because it is too overwhelming to look! Thanks!!
