Penderive /USB derive Plz Resolve my problem regarding Penderive....? ?

first try deleting the stuff that u have on ur pen drive manually....and then...hmmm scan if it has any virus on it...may be thats the reason it is not getting formatted...that is generally the reason y pen drives wont format...n go it for quick format
