I have been ill with breathing problems,now my throat hurts and my whole body hurts to the tiniest touch?

I was congested, got antibiotic helped my breathing but now my throat hurts and i'm really tired can't sleep,and I can't even touch myself without it hurting.I can't stand for someone else to touch me. Help what is it?
