I BINGED YESTERDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

Not all the calories you ate that day were bad! The things that were bad were Hershey bars, cake, dessert platters and Indian sweets. Did you put yourself on the diet or did a doctor? Your only 15. It is good to learn good eating habits young but binging and purging is NEVER good, you can really hurt yourself!!! Exercise is also good but you need to realize that you cannot over do it...it is all based on what your body can handle. You shouldn't worry about trying to burn all of those bad calories....being on a strict diet especially so young your bound to slip up but you cannot punish yourself for it! All you should do is try not to go so crazy next time! No your limits.
