Would you change the name if your parent couldn't pronounce it?

My parents are Italian but all of my children have Welsh first names because my wife is Welsh and we live in Wales. My parents cannot pronounce their names at all, so instead, they call the children by their Italian middle names. Whenever we speak Italian, we always use their Italian names anyway, so it doesn't get too confusing for them.
