Does anybody know the name of this crochet tool n where can I find it?

I saw a person using this tool to start learning how to crochet, I have been trying to look for it online n at stores but I can't find it anywhere and I don't know what its called so the finding is a lot harder. This tool is like a long rectangular board that was plastic with a lot of sticks coming out .she was using it to guide the yarn around the sticks to make the stiching. I had asked where she got it and I think she said it came as a kit. Can anyone tell me what its called or tell me where to buy it?i have been looking for ever.
