Help!!!! Turkey Help Please!?

The person who was bringing the turkey to our dinner tommorow just canceled so i went and bought one now i have this 20 pound turkey that is frozen solid. What is the best way to thaw it overnight. What time do i have to start it and at what temp so it can be done by noon tomorrow. Also any one know a yummy way to bast a turkey?
