How Can I got over this?? Feeling really down and need some help?

i had a similar problem last year... first of all you need to take a break... take a whole day, maybe two, and do absolutely nothing to do with your work. then, start with studying something you like. take breaks every half hour. eat well, that doesn't mean you can't have sweets, but don't forget to eat real food! and finally try not to get too stressed, you always do better than you think! ;D
