Is Club foot hereditary?

My husband and his brother were both born with club foot a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Club_foot" rel="nofollow"http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Club_foot/a . You could never tell now, as they had surgery and had a cast until they were almost a year old. Does anyone know if this is hereditary?
