Is the idea of physical beauty a human construct or human nature?

"beauty" is a human construct. Idea of ideal physical beauty is dynamic and has been changing with time and society. Once up on a time in other parts of the world, women with small feet were considered the most beautiful. In the 70s, twiggy made "heroin chic" women look most beautiful. Culture, society, power all influence what the "ideal beauty" should be and it is socially constructed.
