My brother and I just crashed our car into a ditch, what happens with insurance and his driving record?

We skidded around a turn on a hill, then overcorrected, hit the ditch and rolled once, we are both fine, but we think the car is totaled, what happens with the insurance and his drivers record and that stuff? Thanks!
