Pregnancy test with Mirena?

I was just wondering what you thought, I have been having some pregnancy symptoms lately but I was told you can get those with Mirena. Well I tested about 3 or 4 months ago because I was feeling nausea every morning but it was negative. I also heard that you can get a negative with mirena inserted. But I just have been feeling pregnant. Like some of the symptoms that I had with first pregnancy. I am also on the atkins diet so I am trying to lose weight and don't want to hurt nothing. So my question is should I get a pregnancy test or should I just wait for the 29th cause that is when I am getting the mirena taken out?
