Question about what I saw on The Office! Where can I find one of these...?

Ok, I forgot what the episode is named, but Michael is talking about how he's easy to talk to and can be "one of the guys"...all because Jim would not invite him to his party. Michael found out about this because he was spying on the employees' emails. So, anyways...there's a clip of how Michael acts around his employees. He is wearing a sock puppet type thing on his hand. It's a little cat with fists and he punches at Angela and Dwight, knocking over their belongings. Where can I find one of these cat puppets!? It's cool.
