Will someone with personal expirience with melanoma and BCC on the FACE please contact me...newly diagnosed

I have a melanoma on my face lower cheek at jawline and basal cell carcinoma above my lip. I'm not particularly vain, but I feel I am attractive and fairly young at 36. I have two twin toddlers and a loving husband. My first surgery is scheduled for Aug 12th. I'm afraid of coming out of this looking like a patchwork quilt...more afraid it's in my nodes. Help needed soon. Any advise from someone with similar problem would be appreciated! Thanks
